President
Tim Travis joined SBMF as a highly qualified executive, with expertise in marketing, healthcare administration and human resources development. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds certifications from both HFMA and MGMA.

Chief Financial Officer
Terry Pipp joined SBMF as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University. With over 20 years of experience in financial management, operational, and strategic analysis, Terry actively engages with corporate and divisional management to drive success.
Dr. Nita Gerig
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Nita Gerig is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. She is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Tim Stolt joined SBMF as an experienced healthcare executive with an MBA from Bellarmine University and a BS in Business Administration from Murray State University as well as certifications from HFMA. Tim brings over 15 years of experience in business operations, healthcare administration and financial management.

Dr. Nicole Anest
Pathologist
Dr. Anest, a University of Nebraska College of Medicine graduate, has been a valued member of the SBMF team. With board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, she brings expertise from her Pathology residency at Shands Hospital, University of Florida.

Dr. Agatha Bogard
Pathologist
Dr. Bogard is a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago College of Medicine and completed her residency at NorthShore University HealthSystem – University of Chicago. She is a Hematopathologist, board certified in Hematopathology by the American Board of Pathology since 2013, and is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Pathologist
Dr. Canfield is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Board-certified in Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology, she completed her residency and fellowship in Hematopathology at University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Dyer is a University of Illinois College of Medicine graduate. He is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology by the American Board of Pathology after completing his Pathology residency at the University of Illinois.

Pathologist
Dr. Forchetti is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Pathology at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Pathologist
Dr. Griesinger is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She completed her Doctorate at the University of Vermont and her Residency at the University of Michigan Health, followed by a Gynecologic Pathology fellowship at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Hoover is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at SBMF. He is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Forensic Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Pathologist
Dr. Jordan is a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Medical University. She completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, New York and her Dermatopathology fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Jordan is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Dr. Lapkus completed her Pathology Residency at Ball Memorial Hospital and her Cytopathology fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital. She is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Dr. Martin, a graduate of Notre Dame and Indiana University School of Medicine, completed her residency and fellowships at University Hospital’s Case Medical Center in Cleveland. She is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology.

Dr. Pryor is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She completed her Doctorate at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Residency as well as her Hematopathology Fellowship at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York.

Shawn Pottschmidt is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and Wayne State University’s Pathologist Assistant Program. Shawn is a Fellow with the American Association of Pathologists’ Assistants and is a Certified Pathologists’ Assistant through the American Society of Clinical Pathology.

Sharon Wills graduated with her BS in Medical Technology from Michigan State University and completed her Pathologists’ Assistant training at Duke University, graduating with a Master of Health Science degree. Sharon is a Fellow with the American Association of Pathologists’ Assistants.

Rachel graduated from Purdue University Indianapolis with a BS in Neuroscience and completed her Pathologists’ Assistant training at Indiana University School of Medicine – Indianapolis with a Master of Science degree. Rachel is a Certified Pathologists’ Assistant through the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
